As Snow White, the work of art remains dead or asleep, and needs the love, the comprehension of viewer, to come back to life.
Because the work of art has no life on it’s own, depending only on whom makes it live in it’s spirit. But if we see it from it’s own point of view, it needs to provoke that artistic experience; It’s being or not being a work of art depends on being appreciated as such.
This Sculpture was bought by M.A.V.A. Museo de arte en vidrio de Alcorcón. Madrid, for his collection and his permanent exhibition at the museum since 1999.
